Evanescence keert terug naar België met hun ‘2026 World Tour’. Op 16 september 2026 staan Evanescence in Vorst Nationaal, Brussel, voor een avond vol krachtige rock en vernieuwende alternatieve klanken. Poppy en Nova Twins zullen de show ondersteunen als special guests.

Evanescence brak wereldwijd door in 2003 met hun debuutalbum Fallen, dat meer dan 17 miljoen exemplaren verkocht en de band meerdere GRAMMY®-prijzen opleverde. Het album zette een nieuwe standaard dankzij de mix van metal, symfonische arrangementen en de iconische stem van Amy Lee. Hits als 'Bring Me to Life' en 'My Immortal' behoren nog steeds tot de meest bekeken rockvideo’s aller tijden en blijven wereldwijd miljoenen luisteraars bereiken.

In 2025 lag de focus van Evanescence op nieuwe muziek, festivaloptredens en shows met onder andere My Chemical Romance, Halsey en Metallica. Zangeres Amy Lee droeg dit jaar muziek bij aan drie films: ‘Afterlife’ voor de Netflix-serie ‘Devil May Cry’ (dat in recordtempo uitgroeide tot hun snelstgroeiende release ooit met meer dan 20 miljoen streams en 10 miljoen YouTube-views in enkele weken en recent Best Video won bij de Hollywood Music In Media Awards), ‘Hand That Feeds’ (met Halsey) en ‘Fight Like A Girl’ (feat. K-Flay) voor de film 'From the World of John Wick: Ballerina’, en schreef daarnaast muziek voor ‘The Seventh Turn’, een kortfilm van Eric Howell (Voice From The Stone). Recent werkte ze ook samen met Poppy en Courtney LaPlante van Spiritbox aan ‘End Of You’. Het langverwachte nieuwe album van Evanescence wordt begin 2026 verwacht.

Dit wordt de eerste volledige UK/Europese tour van de band sinds hun World’s Collide Tour in 2022, toen de Daily Telegraph opmerkte: "Evanescence proved a perfect exercise in classy, majestic heaviness – 5/5", en hun hoofdoptreden op Download Festival in 2023, waar ze de 20ste verjaardag van hun doorbraakalbum Fallen vierden, waarop Kerrang! schreef: “(the band) sends the place into delirium”

Op 16 september 2026 staat België op de route, en zal Evanescence Vorst Nationaal transformeren tot het podium waar hun indrukwekkende live-reputatie volledig tot leven kom!
