General terms and conditions for be•at Premium Experience gift card

Price

The be•at Premium Experience Gift Cards are available in 3 denominations: €25, €50 and €200.

The be•at Premium Experiences consists of services (including access to the event, catering, parking,…) on which VAT is applied in the country where the services are provided, in this case, Belgium, following Article 52 of the European VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. Thus, these services cannot be considered ‘intra-community services’ and may therefore not be invoiced without Belgian VAT.

Payment and delivery

After receiving your order, you will get a confirmation via e-mail from be•at and Ingenico, which will also contain a link to download the voucher(s) you bought.

Use

Each be•at Premium Experience Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and this for purchase of all be•at Premium Experiences organized by be•at in AFAS Dome, Lotto Arena, Forest National, Trixxo Arena, Trixxo Theater, Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen and Capitole Gent.

Any left over balance will stay valid for the remaining period and cannot be redeemed for money.

Change or cancellation

At no point can the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card be redeemed for money.

If the show or be•at Premium Experience for which the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card was used is cancelled, the amount used will become available again on the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card. In that case, the validity of the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card will be extended with the same amount of time as between the reservation and payment made with the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card and the date on which the event was originally supposed to take place.

For example: An order is placed on March 01, 2024 for a show taking place on August 01, 2024. The organization decides to cancel the show. In that case, the validity of the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card will be extended by 5 months.

When a reservation is made and paid for with a be•at Premium Experience Gift Card and the organizer decides to change the date, the buyer will be able to cancel the reservation if the new date does not suit. In that case, the validity of the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card will be extended with the same amount of time as between the reservation and payment made with the be•at Premium Experience Gift Card and the date on which the event was originally supposed to take place.

Our products (tickets, vouchers) always remain our exclusive intellectual and material property. Consequently, any reprinting or copying in any form or using any process whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Except in the case of written approval by the organizer, any commercial use of the name or logo of the event or artist is strictly prohibited.

Complaints or disputes

Complaints can be made through the contact form or by phone, by calling +32 3 400 40 44.

Any disputes will be brought before the courts and tribunals of Antwerp.

Cancellation policy

The right of cancellation included in Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law does not apply to contracts concluded through this website, based on Article VI.53,12° of the Code of Economic Law. Therefore, the right of cancellation does not apply and the consumer does not have the right to renounce his purchase.
